Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Grasped services, including the website, mobile apps, web app, social features, recommendation features, support channels, and any linked functionality that references these terms.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Grasped ApS. By creating an account, using Grasped, or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Grasped. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that happens through your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Grasped is made available for personal, lawful use in connection with discovering, organizing, and discussing games. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the service.

You may not share your account credentials, impersonate others, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the integrity of the service, or use automated methods to scrape or overload the service except where we have expressly allowed it.

You may not use Grasped in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing.

• post unlawful, defamatory, threatening, hateful, or harassing content;
• upload malicious code, attempt to probe security, or interfere with the service;
• misuse social features, comments, or feeds to spam or manipulate other users;
• copy, reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing service from Grasped; or
• use Grasped to infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.

We may investigate misuse and take action including content removal, temporary restrictions, suspension, or termination.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Grasped, such as profile material, comments, posts, reactions, lists, and other user-generated content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

If you choose to use social features, some content may become visible to other users depending on your settings and the feature involved. You are responsible for the content you share, including ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to share it.

Grasped may let you connect or import data from third-party services such as Steam or other game platforms. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Recommendation, ranking, and AI-assisted features are provided to help you decide what to play next, but they are informational in nature. They may be incomplete, personalized, delayed, experimental, or imperfect. You remain responsible for how you rely on them.

The service, including its software, design, trademarks, branding, recommendation logic, and other service materials, belongs to Grasped ApS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not remove proprietary notices or use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior permission.

Grasped may still be in alpha, beta, or otherwise evolving. Features may change, be interrupted, be removed, or produce unstable results. We may update, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific uptime level, or that all planned features will remain available. We may also impose reasonable usage or technical limits to protect the service and other users.

You may stop using Grasped at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or where we are required to do so by law.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and legally required record retention. Account deletion and privacy requests can be sent to grasped.app@gmail.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grasped is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grasped ApS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, excluding its conflict of laws rules. If you are a consumer and mandatory law in your country of residence gives you additional protections, those protections continue to apply.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, courts located in Copenhagen, Denmark will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will publish the updated version with a revised effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
